  • Booking request (individual): name, email, phone, preferred accommodation, dates, number of guests, message. Purpose: answering your request and preparing your stay. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Quote request (company): company name, company number, contact name and job title, email, phone, accommodation needs, dates, billing address, purchase order number, message. Purpose: preparing a quote and managing the business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.
  • Online booking: the information entered in the booking engine (identity, contact details, stay, payment) is processed to manage your booking. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations (accounting, police registration form for foreign guests).
  • Browsing preferences: your language choice and your cookie consent.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Recipients and processors

  • OVH SAS (Roubaix, France): hosting of the website and of requests sent through the forms.
  • Amenitiz: booking engine, booking management and online payment. Bookings may also be synchronised with the platforms on which our accommodation is listed.
  • Usercentrics / Cookiebot (Denmark): collecting and recording your cookie consent.
  • Google: displaying the Google Maps map on the home page.

Data is hosted in the European Union. Where a provider transfers data outside the EU (Google in particular), the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

  • Requests not followed by a booking: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Customer data: duration of the business relationship, then 3 years.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
  • Cookie consent: 12 months; language choice: 12 months.

Cookies

The website uses a language cookie (pll_language) and a cookie recording your consent (Cookiebot), both necessary for it to work. Embedded third-party services (Google Maps, Amenitiz booking engine) may set their own cookies; non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner. The detailed list of cookies is shown below.

Security

The website is only available over HTTPS. Access to the administration area and to the requests received is restricted to authorised people.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, email us at debeausejour97140@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
